Delray Beach Public Library

The Library is covers 46,826 square feet which accommodates a book collection of over 250,000 volumes. The facility also has surface parking for 160 vehicles, with an additional 370 spaces in the free-parking garage.

Seating includes 232 seats and study carrels, an automated Check-In Stations and three automated Check-Out Stations. There is a Coffee Bar/Café which serves hot and cold beverages and snacks, with outdoor and indoor seating.

The Library Auditorium has seating for 200 and can be divided into two rooms with two state-of-the-art audio/video systems. It also has a catering/warming Kitchen which is used for meetings and conference events.

The Construction of this project took place during two of Florida's most active huricane season. Despite the adversity the project was completed on schedule.
