Spanish River High School Auditorium
Davco Electrical Contractors Corp. has completed the contract for electrical and lighting services at the new Spanish River High School Auditorium located, in Boca Raton, Florida. This project, designed and built as a prototypical facility. The new three-story auditorium will encompass approximately 27,640 sq. ft. and feature a stage with full fly loft, slopped and stepped seating for 827 patrons, green rooms, dressing rooms, and technical work shop area. Sculpted ceilings, spiral staircases, fixed cushioned seating, handicap accessible stage, pit area for stage rigging, catwalk, spot platforms, and state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems will also be featured in the new arts center. The project included installing branch circuit piping in corridors and the stage, making up the panels in the main electrical and dimming room; installing light fixtures in the ceiling grid and installing all fire alarm wiring. Davco also installed and tested the new emergency power generator system. The project was completed in the Summer 2006. |
