Phase I - Included two little league fields, Miracle League Field, batty cages, pitching mounts and pitching wall, some parking and pavilion.

Phase II - Consists of  one parking lot, major league diamond practice infield, concession stand/press box and additional batting cages, moving of the playground.

Phase II - Is comprised of the last little league field, additional parking and the renovation of Fenway Park, Fenway Park Renovations including fencing, dugouts, field, some repairs on the concession stand/press box.

With general contractor, The Weitz Company, the Delray Beach Miller Park Three Phase project consisted of the refurbishing and construction of six new baseball fields complete with accompanying backstop fencing; field fencing; dugouts; bleachers; scoreboards; practice pitching areas; batting cages and installation/construction of supporting site utilities; storm water management; sports lighting; lightning warning system; multiple irrigation well pumps; Motorola controllers; Hunter irrigation system.  Parking and roadway marking; signage and lighting; pavilion; playground; water fountains.
