With Kaufman Lynn General Contractors, this project consists of the renovation of an existing park facility that is approximately 15 acres.  Included in this scope is re-grading/re-constructing of the park.  Including new utilities installations, new park amenities/furnishings, demolition of existing buildings/site and new construction of restrooms, storage buildings and a new multipurpose building. 

Total new construction 15 acres of sitework and 5,500 sf of new buildings.
