Along with the ongoing projects at Rybovich Marina, the Employee Recreation Building has been completed. The project included electrical service utilities to a 4800 square foot pre-manufactured Amenity Building.

This building is utilized for the visiting yacht crew members a place to relax and unwind. The project also provided power and hookup of all of the pool equipment, site and landscape lighting.

 The contract value for the Employee Recreation Building is $185,000.00
