The project consists of a new 2-story precast concrete maintenance building with offices, located at a power generating plant.  The 31,033 sq ft on each floor, the first floor is storage and offices, the second floor is meeting rooms and workstation areas.

Davco Electrical Corporations’ scope of work includes, but not limited to 2x4 lay in fixtures, a 150 kva transformer, two 400 amp panels, complete fire alarm and sprinkler systems.

The contract for the electrical scope of work is $750,000.
