Davco Electrical Contractors Corp., in conjunction with CR Klewin Southeast, Inc., the General Contractor, has completed the contract to build the new College of Nursing facilities.

This project provided a new fully equipped facility for the modernization of the college campus

In March of 2002, the College received a $10 million gift from philanthropist, Christine E. Lynn, which, when matched by the State of Florida matching funds, totaled $20 million.  Davco Electrical Contractors Corp.'s portion of this contract was approximately $1.2 million.

This project is located in Boca Raton, Florida.  The Architect Schenkel/Shultz designed the 70,000 sq ft with 2,900 student stations.  When completed in 2006 the project was awarded the U.S. Green Building Council Gold Award.
