| Paul began his electrical career in 1976, when he studied Electrical Theory at Franklin Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts.
Over the next several years he obtained his Journeyman's license in Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts and his Master's license in Massachusetts.
After owning his own electrical contracting business for eight years, Paul joined Consolidated Electrical. As a Senior Estimator, he created estimates for assigned projects, developed a preventive maintenance program and ran the service department.
After five year, Paul was recruited by a large New England electrical contractor as Chief Estimator, where he was responsible for all capitol bid submittals up to $3 million. He created innovative estimating procedures, techniques and accounting practices to accommodate this growing business. His efforts resulted in increased sales from $3.5 to $12 million dollars, enlarged the technical staff from 20 members to over 90 and increased office support staff from 7 to 14 members.
After building this organization, Paul spent the next four years duplicating his efforts with two other large New England electrical contractors. His efforts resulted in bid assignments exceeding $6.5 million, which helped these companies to realize substantial growth in their business, improve their client and personnel relationships and increase their bottom line by providing exceptional customer service and project excellence.
Paul brings that experience and expertise to Davco Electrical Contractors Corp. which will blend efficiently with the work ethic and high standards set by Davco's senior management. |
