Davco Electric

Davco was contracted by Point Royal to create the perfect dining experience for their guests. This project required specialty indoor LED lighting, lighting controls and fixtures.

Different lighting levels help set the ambiance in any space. Davco was contracted by Perry’s Steakhouse to install the perfect lighting fixtures that gave a high-end dining feel. This included specialty indoor LED lighting, lighting controls and fixtures.

Tom Ford, Tiffany and Givenchy have been high-end clients of Davco Electrics. Work for Tiffany includes a remodel of their Palm Beach back of house. This project required the installation of new service and gear package, back of house lighting and fire alarms. Our work with Givenchy included a complete build out and specialty LED lighting and controls. Work done for Tom Ford included similar specialty LED lighting and controls.

The Palm Beach Outlets project in West Palm Beach, FL consisted of two phases. Davco Electric was involved in the development of the 87-acre site from beginning to end. We provided lighting and electrical work for both phases of construction. This included miles of new underground utilities, the theatrical lighting that illuminates all outdoor areas and the installation of a power center to facilitate all of the tenant spaces.

The Tag Heuer project consisted of a complete buildout of Tag in the design district of Miami. This included all lighting used in the display cases, installing lighting fixtures, fire alarms and switchgear.
