Mixed Use

Due to mixed-use developments combining multiple types of spaces within a single project, engaging an electrical firm capable of handling most, if not all, requirements under one roof can be very desirable and lead to tremendous efficiencies. Davco is a family-owned, fully integrated electrical contractor with over 40 years of experience and more than 1,000 premium projects completed. That experience shines brightly in mixed-use projects where coordination, scale, and timing are imperative.

By handling the full electrical scope under one roof, Davco prevents fragmentation across retail, restaurants, street lighting, parking, marine, and office building systems. This keeps coordination tight, reduces handoffs, and limits issues that slow complex developments.
