Palm Beach Outlets
The Palm Beach Outlets project in West Palm Beach, FL consisted of two phases. Davco Electric was involved in the development of the 87-acre site from beginning to end. We provided lighting and electrical work for both phases of construction. This included miles of new underground utilities, the theatrical lighting that illuminates all outdoor areas and the installation of a power center to facilitate all of the tenant spaces.

The Sheridan Hobe Sound
The Sheridan at Hobe Sound is a 115,000-square-foot retirement community that offers a modern approach to senior living and care. The facility sits on 8 acres of land and features a 3-story assisted living facility. The facility has 85 assisted living apartment homes and 40 memory-care units, developed specifically to support those with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Davco is responsible for the electrical work done at this facility.

Tom Ford, Tiffany and Givenchy have been high-end clients of Davco Electrics. Work for Tiffany includes a remodel of their Palm Beach back of house. This project required the installation of new service and gear package, back of house lighting and fire alarms. Our work with Givenchy included a complete build out and specialty LED lighting and controls. Work done for Tom Ford included similar specialty LED lighting and controls.
