Storage Facilities

Storage facilities are popular with developers because they run efficiently with limited staffing and a high level of automation. Most projects move fast once they get going, especially in areas where zoning is flexible. The electrical work has to be solid from the start — supporting power distribution and lighting across parking lots, access roads, drive lanes, inside and outside units, even as facilities grow or change layouts later.

After 40 years and over 1,000 projects, we understand how to work with the needs of storage facility projects — eliminating headaches and reducing unforeseen costs for everyone involved.
